- 融合了半木結構風格的日本住宅的優秀遺例，並保留明治後期洋風建築風格 It is a Japanese home that incorporates the half-timbered style, and for the way it retains the Western-style architecture of the late Meiji period.
- 一棟兩層木造建物，屋頂陡峭，鋪著石板瓦，複雜的壁面和人字形屋頂巧妙地結合在一起，營造出一種山荘風の外観。內部，客室內裝特別精美，凸窗上飾有古典様式灰泥雕刻，暖炉則完全由大理石製成 The building is a two-story wooden structure with a steeply sloping roof covered with slate. The complex walls and gabled roof are skillfully combined to create a varied mountain lodge-like appearance. Inside, the guest rooms are particularly elaborately decorated among the main rooms, with bay windows decorated with classical stucco carvings and fireplaces made entirely of marble.
