- 除了主屋之外，還保留著小屋、倉庫、大門和圍牆等建築。根據現存家蔵文書記載，這些建築建於文化至天保年間 In addition to the main house, a shed, storehouse, gate and fence remain, it is known from family documents that these were built between the Bunka and Tenpo periods.
- 這棟住宅的建造年代明確，当時の豪農的住宅格局也保存完好 The date of this house is clear, and the layout of a wealthy farmer’s home at the time is well preserved.
