- 建於 1665 年，是現存年代明確最古老的民家之一，且其建造相關的文獻資料均有保存，因此對於研究民家史具有重要意義 It was built in 1665 and one of the oldest private homes with a clear date, and documents related to its construction remain, making it important as an indicator of the history of private homes.
- 主屋坐南朝北，屋頂為人字形，以茅葺覆蓋，四面屋簷均以桟瓦葺鋪砌 The main house faces south, has a gabled roof, and is thatched. It has eaves made of shingled tiles on all four sides.
