• 日本最古老の農家，因此被認為是一座極具價值的房屋 It is considered a valuable house as the oldest remaining farmhouse in Japan.
• 1 棟典型的初期北山型民家，內部全部由板壁構成，門是單扇拉木門，榻榻米只鋪設在客廳 It is a typical early Kitayama-style house, with all wooden walls inside. The doors are single-sliding wooden doors, and tatami mats were only laid out in the living room.
