- 這棟建築建於 18 世紀初期，基本上保持原貌，主屋和客廳都保存完好，使其成為奈良県最古老的民家之一，也是大和棟初期の建物典範。如此大規模在江戶時代中期極為罕見，因此極具貴重價值 The house was built in the early 18th century and has generally undergone little modification. Both the main house and the living room are of high quality, making it one of the oldest private houses in Nara Prefecture and an early example of the Yamato-style building. Such a large house dating back to the mid-Edo period is extremely rare and valuable.
