- 1. 船屋形 Houseboat
- 建於 1682 年至 1704 年間，並於 1980 年移築至此保存 This houseboat (Kawagozabune) is thought to have been constructed between 1682 and 1704. The boat was reconstructed at its present site in 1980. 內外木構件均塗以春慶塗和黑漆塗，橫樑和椽子的末端飾以金箔裝飾，整體結構極其華麗繁複 All of the wooden sections of the building have been treated with lacquer and the ends of the horizontal beams and rafters decorated with gold leaf. The building is highly regarded for its delicat decorative styling.
- 日本唯一倖存的內河駁船 This is the last “Kawagozabune”in exsistence.
- 2. 舊〔旧〕小寺家厩舎 Former Kodera Family’s Stable
- 建於 1910 年左右，裝飾華麗多樣，包括圓形塔樓、陡峭的屋頂、老虎窗和豊富的山牆裝飾 This stable was constructed around 1910 and has many interesting features, including a circular cupola, a steep roof, dormer windows, and rich gable ornaments..
- 現存為數不多的馬厩建築之一 One of the few remaining examples of a stable.
- 3. 舊〔旧〕ハッサム住宅 Former Hassam Residence
- 一棟兩層木造建築，採用斜坡和瓦片屋頂，日式和西式折衷建築 It is a two-story wooden building with a hipped roof and shingled roof, a blend of Japanese and Western styles. 前庭的兩盞煤氣燈大約在 1874 年左右安裝在外國人居留地作為街灯用，這在當時算是非常早的 Its two gas lamps were some of the earliest seen in Japan around 1874, originally serving as street lamps in the Old Foreign Settlement district.
