- 這種佈局和泥土地面的配置方法遵循大和・河内民家的共通原則，後世僅有少數部分改建，建築当初の状況保存良好 This layout and dirt floor arrangement are based on principles common to private homes in Yamato and Kawachi, and with only a few parts of the building having been altered in later generations, it has been well preserved in its original condition.
