- 日本江戸時代初期為數不多の町家之一 One of the few townhouses from the early Edo period in Japan
- 1755 年，主屋進行了改築，並在南側增建了新的玄関、座敷和西側倉庫。江戶時代中後期，座敷又進行了擴建，北側倉庫建於 1800 年，形成如今的格局 In 1755, the main house was renovated, and a new entrance hall, tatami room, and western storehouse were built on the south side. Further additions to the tatami room were made in the mid- to late Edo period, and the northern storehouse was built in 1800, completing the current layout.
