- 保留了江戸時代末期の和佐組大庄屋 (村長宅邸) 的格局。主屋建於 1852 年，擁有三層樓の望楼、舖有 20 張榻榻米的大広間 (大廳) 以及寬敞的接待空間，是紀ノ川流域最大規模民家之一 The residence retains the layout of a residence befitting a Wasagumi village headman from the late Edo period. The main house, built in 1852, features a three-story watchtower, a large hall with 20 tatami mats, and a spacious reception space, making it one of the largest private homes in the Kinokawa River basin.
