- 主屋為県内最古の住宅建築之一，推定建於 16 世紀末至 17 世紀前半 The main house is one of the oldest residential buildings in the prefecture, estimated to have been constructed between the late 16th century and the first half of the 17th century.
- 茅葺人字形屋頂，立柱由彎曲的木材製成，表面經手工斧鑿粗獷處理 The roof is gabled and thatched. The pillars are made of curved timber with a rough hand-axe finish.
- 江戶時代上層農家歷史的重要遺構 The important relics convey the history of upper-class farming families in the Edo period.
