- 比較小規模一般農家の形態，據信建於 18 世紀後半之前，在近世民家数少の石見地方，這棟是展現古式建築風格的重要遺例 The house appears to have been a relatively small, ordinary farmhouse. It is believed to have been built no later than the second half of the 18th century. In the Iwami region, where there are few early modern houses, this house is an important example that conveys the ancient style.
