- 明治末期至大正時期典型的貴紳住宅，洋館的設計由建築家辰野金吾 (東京駅和日本銀行總行設計者)，以及由久保田小三郎設計的日本館組成 It is a typical aristocratic residence from the late Meiji to Taisho periods, consisting of the Western style building designed by architect Tatsuno Kingo, who also designed Tokyo Station and the Bank of Japan Head Office, and a Japanese style building designed by Kubota Kosaburo.
