- 建物為平屋木造山牆結構，有 2 層樓高的閣和庭院，屋頂舖有木瓦，外壁由隔板、硬木鑲板和土佐漆喰塗構成 The building is a single-story wooden gabled structure with a two-story cabinet and patio, the roof is covered with shingle tiles, and the exterior walls are clapboard, hardwood paneling, and Tosa plaster.
- 東側の座敷採用書院式設計，營造出武家風空間；北側帳場出窓裝有格子門，營造出商家風空間；泥土地面則讓人聯想到漁家屋敷風空間，在當時堪稱奢華屋敷 The tatami room on the east side is built in the shoin style, creating a samurai-style space, the accounting office bay window on the north side has lattice doors, creating a merchant-style space, and the dirt floor is reminiscent of a fishing boss’s residence, making this a luxurious house for its time.
- 目前唯一現存建築物，反映近世鼻前七浦の廻船商人的繁榮生活 It is the only surviving building that conveys the prosperity and lifestyle of the shipping merchants of the seven ports of Hanazen in the early modern period.
