1867 年建造的西式紡織工廠技術人員宿舍。建築以日本尺寸設計，並擁有殖民地風格的陽台，屬於日西合併的樣式，這棟建築也因此成為展現日本建築西洋化的珍貴遺產 An accommodation built in 1867 for foreign engineers who worked at the western style spinning mill, The semi-western style building was designed using traditional Japanese measurement and attached colonial style balconies. Regarded as an important heritage that tells a story of Westernization o architecture in Japan.
