- 登録世界文化遺産「長崎和天草地方的潛伏天主教徒関連遺産」Ono Catholic Church is registered as UNESCO World Heritage as part of the “Hidden Christian Sites in the Nagasaki Region”
- 現在の教会建於 1934 年左右，ハルブ神父時代鉄川与助設計施工，木造、正面尖塔部分是鋼筋混凝土、內部是鋪的榻榻米祭壇處於曾經繪畫的位置，融入到背後的海中，也被稱為「海の天主堂」The present church was designed and built by Mr. Tetsukawa Yosuke in about 1934 in the time of Fr. Harubu. It is wooden, the spire in front is reinforced concrete, the inside is tatami mats, and the altar is in the position where painting was once done. It melts in the sea behind and is also called “the Tenshudo of the sea”.
