幾乎完整保存的稀少木造工場建築，堪稱明治初期建築技術的典範，具有極高的歷史價值，也是明治時期絹糸紡績工場唯一の遺構，作為展現絲紡業發展歷程的珍貴文物，其學術價值也備受認可 It is a rare wooden factory building that remains almost completely intact. It is an excellent example of the architectural techniques used in the early Meiji period and the only remaining structure of a silk spinning factory from the Meiji period. It has been recognized as having academic value as something that shows the development of the silk spinning industry.
