可利用以下列車 Valid trains are below。
- 北陸新幹線 (敦賀⇔ 黑部宇奈月溫泉)上的非指定座席 Non-reserved seats on “Hokuriku Shinkansen” (Tsuruga ⇔ Kurobe-Unazukionsen)
- 特急列車上的非指定座席 Non-reserved seats on Limited Express Trains.
- * 部分列車全車皆為指定席，並無設置自由席 Non-reserved seating is not available on trains with exclusively reserved seats.
- JR 西日本在來線的快車 (快速) 和當地列車 (普通列車) Rapid Services, and Local trains on JR-WEST Conventional lines
- 西日本 JR 巴士僅地區內的路線巴士有效，無法搭乘高速巴士 The pass is only valid on WEST JAPAN JR BUS route buses within the valid area. The pass cannot be used on expressway buses.
- IR 石川 (Ishikawa) 鐵道〔金澤−津幡間〕(但是，僅限於使用普通、特急列車，經過這兩個車站時乘坐。除了金澤、津幡之外，該區間內以及該區間外的 IR 石川鐵道的其他車站下車時，不屬於使用的對象範圍) The IR Ishikawa Railway Line between Kanazawa and Tsubata. However, travel must be conducted on local or limited express trains and must encompass the full segment between these two stations. Travel is not covered if you disembark at any station on the IR Ishikawa Railway line, within or outside the segment (excluding Kanazawa or Tsubata).
- 愛之風富山鐵道 (Ainokaze ToyamaRailway)〔富山−高岡之間〕〔但是，僅限於使用普通，經過這兩個車站時乘坐。除了富山、高岡之外，在該區間內以及該區間外的愛之風富山鐵道 (Ainokaze ToyamaRailway) 的其他車站下車時，不屬於使用的對象範圍〕The Ainokaze Toyama Railway Line between Toyama and Takaoka. However, travel must be conducted on local trains and must encompass the full segment between these two stations. Travel is not covered if you disembark at any station on the Ainokaze Toyama Railway line, within or outside the segment (excluding Toyama or Takaoka).
- HAPI-LINE 福井線〔越前花堂~福井區間〕(但是，僅適用乘坐普通列車通過這兩車站的區間時。除了越前花堂、福井以外，超過該區間在 HAPI-LINE 福井線的車站下車時則不適用) The Hapi-Line Fukui between Echizen-Hanandō and Fukui. However, travel must be conducted only on local trains and only between these two stations (Echizen-Hanandō or Fukui). Travel is not covered if you extend beyond these two stations on the Hapi-Line Fukui.

- 北陸新幹線 (黑部宇奈月溫泉⇔ 東京) “Hokuriku Shinkansen” (Kurobe-Unazukionsen⇔ Tokyo)

- 鐵路周遊券之使用者需持有日本以外國家的政府等所發行的護照 A rail pass user must be holding a passport issued by a foreign government.
- 鐵路周遊券之使用者需持有「短期停留」之簽證步驟 A rail pass user must be entering in Japan as a “短期滞在 (Temporary Visitor) “.

預訂指定席券 Reserving a Reserved Seat Ticket
- 可在綠色售票機或綠色窗口預訂指定席券 Reserved seat tickets can be reserved at a ticket vending machine or a station ticket office.
- 透過 JR 西日本網路預約服務預訂之周遊券也可於網站上預訂座位 Seat reservations are also available online for passes reserved via JR-WEST ONLINE TRAIN RESERVATION.
