- 由於合適的気候和地下水，這裡被稱為「酒都西条」的一大銘醸地，至今仍保留有 7 家釀酒廠 (賀茂泉酒造・賀茂鶴酒造・亀齢酒造・西條鶴醸造・山陽鶴酒造・白牡丹酒造・福美人酒造) The clear underground water from Mount Ryuo that feeds the springs, the climate, and the fertile land ideal for rice cultivation make the area perfect for sake brewing. Saijo is also known as the ‘City of Sake.’ There are currently 7 breweries (Kamoizumi, Kamotsuru, Kirei, Saijotsuru, Sanyotsuru, Hakubotan & Fukubijin Shuzou) continuing to brew sake in the area.
- 釀酒仍採用傳統技術，另外有紅磚煙囪、海參牆、西條格子等獨特的街景 You can enjoy the unique scenery of red brick chimneys, red tiled roofs, and sea cucumber (namako) walls and white walls.
