- 東寺是密教美術的寶庫，指定為國寶、重要文化財的寶物有 2 萬件以上，佛經類有 5 萬件以上 The Homotsukan was built in 1963 as a treasure exhibition hall of Esoteric Arts. To-ji possesses more than 20,000 treasures designated as National Treasures or Important Cultural Properties and more than 50,000 pieces of sutras.
