It comprises five blocks (A – E) of shops and facilities unique to the Shimokitazawa area, including cafés, international cuisine (burgers, ramen, hot dogs, pizza…), bars, coworking spaces, shared offices, Toyo Department Store and Tsutaya bookstore.
