- 杮葺屋頂呈人字形，山牆朝向前方 The gable of the thatched, gambrel-style roof faces forward.

国指定重要文化財 Nationally Designated Important Cultural Property – 旧正伝院書院 Shodenin Shoin
- 建於 1622 年，外觀為柔和的山牆式建築，南側的主室設計成茶室 Built in 1622, it has a gentle irimoya-zukuri (gamble-gabled) exterior, and the main room on the south side is designed to be suitable for use as a tea room.
- 內部保存著長谷川等伯・狩野山雪的屏風畫，是美術史上的珍貴資料 The sliding screen paintings by Hasegawa Tōhaku and Kano Sansetsu that remain inside are valuable documents in the history of art.
元庵 Gen-an
- 利用古図復元的茶室 It is based on surviving plans for a tea house Uraku built at his earlier residence in Osaka.
弘庵 Ko-an
- 為了在園內舉辦四季茶會而新建的茶室 Ko-an is the venue for Urakuen’s tea service and regularly hosts large tea gatherings of up to 20 people.
