1. 国宝 National Treasure
- 本堂 Main Temple Building (Hondo) – 每個房間都有反映其主題繪畫和雕刻的裝飾，和不同的天井 (花板) Each room is decorated with paintings and sculptures that matches its theme and each has a different ceiling.
- 庫裏［寺裡廚房 Temple Kitchen (Kuri)］& 廊下 Corridor – 正面山牆上豪壮唐草花紋細膩雕刻 The intricately assembled beams and bundles at the top of the front and the magnificent arabesque carvings are beautifully placed on the plaster.
2. 国指定重要文化財 Nationally Designated Important Cultural Property
- 御成門 Onarimon Gate (附属太鼓塀 2 棟 Attached 2 Drum Walls)、中門 Middle Gate、五大堂 Godaido

臥竜梅 Reclining Dragon (Garyobai) Plum

- 瑞巌寺本堂前庭中門進入有 2 株梅花，右側是紅梅、左側是白梅 There are two plum blossoms entering the middle gate of the vestibule of the main hall of Ruiyi Temple, the red plum on the right and the white plum on the left.
