• 於 1876 年竣工的舊開智學校校舍，作為當時的學校校舍的功能所建造 The former Kaichi School building was built in 1876 and as a school building at that time.
• 木造 2 層建築、屋頂鋪波形瓦、廡殿頂土藏結構，將柱體包魚白灰泥牆內的大壁式壁體，附八角形塔屋 It is a two-story wooden building with a roof covered with corrugated tiles, an earthen structure on the roof of the verandah, a large wall made of columns wrapped in white plaster, and an octagonal tower house.
