- 『男山』是北海道旭川名水所釀造的當地酒，也是 1977 年全世界首次獲得世界食品品質評鑑大會金獎的日本酒 Otokoyama of local sake brewed in spring water of in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. In 1977, It was the first time in the world to win Monde Selection award for sake.『男山』也被稱為「御免酒」，是江戶幕府的官用酒，曾出現在歌舞伎、淨瑠璃、浮世繪等作品中，是一款極受歡迎的清酒。
- 男山是創造傳統釀造技術，利用四季到現在的時代，隨著時代的不斷變化，繼續面臨新的挑戰，現在大約生產 40 種產品 Otokoyama is the sake of creating the nature of Hokkaido. We spinning the traditional brewing technology that made use of the four seasons to the present age, continuing a new challenge together with the changing times, and now about 40 kinds of products are produced.
清酒博物館 Sake Brewery Museum
- 致力於傳播日本傳統產業之一的釀酒文化和『男山』350 年的歷史。這裡展示著江戶時代的貴重資料、文獻、酒器等，在釀酒的時期還能看到一部分釀酒時的情形 This museum exhibites sake brewing culture as japanese traditional industry and history of Otokoyama from 350 years. You can see valuable materials, document and sake set in the Edo period, and can also see a part of sake brewing when brewing.

- b. 2F – 浮世繪敘說釀酒歷史 History of Sake Making Represented by Ukiyo-e
- 這裡展示著證實『男山』由來和存在的歷史資料，以及各種貴重資料，如喜多川歌麿的「名取酒六家選」、歌川國芳的「誠忠義臣名名鏡」等描繪男山的浮世繪、葛飾北齋的掛軸、傳承自男山本家的「釀酒秘法的古文書」等 Origin of Otokoayama and related historical materials is exhibited on this floor. You can see valuable materials such as Kitagawa Utamaro “Natorisake Rokkasen”, Utagawa Kuniyoshi “Seichu gishin meimei kagami”, hanging scroll of Katsushika Hokusai, Ancient document of sake brewing mystery inherited from the originator of Otokoyama etc.

- 免費開放别名「延年益寿之水」而深受喜爱的男山釀酒水 We are releasing preparation water for brewing that is familiar to everyone called “Water of Longevity”. (每人限 18 升 18 liters per person，開放時間 Opening Hours: 09:00 – 17:00)

- 從春天到秋天，日本庭園中爭奇鬥艷，櫻花、黑船杜鵑、西洋杜鵑、紫藤花、繡球花等當令花卉競相盛開 Seasonal flowers such as cherry blossom, black azalea, rhododendron, fuji, hydrangeand the like are blooming in Japanese garden from spring to autumn.
