- 由知名建築師伊東豊雄設計，整個建築由 13 根鋼架獨立豎井 (管：以鋼管桁架結構為主) 和 7 塊鋼架平板 (蜂窩板：鋼夾層結構) 組成 Designed by renowned architect Toyo Ito, the entire building consists of 13 independent steel frame shafts (tube: mainly steel pipe truss structure) and 7 steel frame flat slabs (honeycomb slab: steel sandwich structure)
- 南側的雙層玻璃和頂部的開閉機構降低了空調成本 Air-conditioning costs are reduced by the double glass surface on the south side and the opening and closing mechanism on the top.
