- 銀山溫泉作為人氣日劇『阿信』的拍攝地，而国登録有形文化財的「能登屋旅館」，據說是宮崎駿動畫『神隱少女』的湯屋原型。Ginzan Onsen was the filming location for the popular Japanese drama “Ashin”. “Notoya Ryokan”, which is registered as a nationally registered tangible cultural property, is the prototype of the bathhouse in Hayao Miyazaki’s movie “Kamiki Shoujo”.

- 大正末期至昭和初期，沿著銀山川両岸，興建許多西式多層木構造溫泉旅館，現在還保留大正時期懷舊氣息的街景。Western-style wooden multi-story historic ryokan built from the end of the Taisho era to the beginning of the Showa era are lined up along the Ginzan River. It is now prosperous as a hot spring resort with a nostalgic old Japan of the Taisho Era.
