- 創立於江戶時代後期 (1794 年)，岐阜県內最古老的料亭 (餐廳) Susaki was founded in 1794 during the late Edo period as the oldest restaurant in Gifu Prefecture.
- 旅館外牆的出格子窗展現了幕府統治時期旅館的氛圍，入口處的泥土地面和囲炉則營造出濃鬱的飛騨情緒，從樸素町屋造外観來看，其內部的中庭遠比想像中寬敞，而由土轅、貫通、吊桿、樑柱等伝統軸組工法的建築，也保留了旅館創業当時的建築様式 The latticework exterior, which conveys the atmosphere of the time when the inn was under the control of the shogunate, and the earthen floor and hearth at the entrance welcome guests in a truly Hida atmosphere. The majestic atrium is far more expansive than one would imagine from the modest townhouse exterior, and the traditional framework construction, which is connected by dozashi, nuki, nageshi, girder, and beams, retains the same appearance as when the inn was founded.
