「重要伝統的建造物群保存地区」Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings
位於城下町津山の東側，面向旧出雲街道，有茶屋、豆腐屋、染防(紺屋)、塩屋等商人，也有家加治屋、木匠 (大工)、泥水匠 (左官) 等工匠職人，長 1.2 km，沿著街道保留町家 (商家) 近代以來の伝統的建造物。Located on the east side of the castle town of Tsuyama, it faces the former Izumo Highway. It was a merchant town with houses of merchants such as teahouses, tofu makers, navy blue makers, and salt makers, as well as artisans such as Kajiya, carpenters, and plasterers. The length is 1.2 km, and many houses along the road still exist as traditional buildings from the early modern period.

旧苅田家住宅 Former Kanda Family Residence

敷地内北半部原為旧町人地，建有主屋、巽門、浴室、三階蔵和米蔵等住宅建築；南半部是旧武家地，建有大蔵、醤油蔵等建築，後來改為醸造所 The northern half of the site, which was the former townspeople’s land, houses residential buildings such as the main house, Tatsumi Gate, bathroom, three-story storehouse, and rice storehouse, while the southern half, which was the former samurai’s land, houses buildings that will become the brewery, including the storehouse and soy sauce storehouse.
現在の建造物建於 1766 年，並於明治時期多次増改築 The current buildings were constructed and renovated from 1766 through the Meiji period, with additions and renovations.
