木曽平沢位於長野県塩尻市南部木曽山區的漆工町，從江戸時代作為中山道沿線主要漆器生産地而繁栄多時。Kiso-Hirasawa, a lacquerware town located in the mountains of Kiso in the southern part of Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, has prospered throughout the Edo period as the leading production area for Kiso lacquerware along the Nakasendo.
