- 温泉津港江戸初期是石見銀山物資卸貨的港口，江戸中期到明治時期則因作為北前船的停靠港而繁栄，湯之津溫泉在鼎盛時期，擠滿了使用港口和用溫泉療養絡繹不絕的遊客。。In the early Edo period, it prospered as a port for unloading supplies to the Iwami Ginzan Silver Mine, and as a port of call for Kitamae ships from the mid-Edo period to the Meiji period. At its peak, Yunotsu Onsen was bustling with people using the port and visitors to the hot springs.
