「ちりめん街道」從江戸、明治、大正、昭和初期高級絹織物(丹後ちりめん)隆盛的場所。”Cririmen Kaido” is a place where high-class Tango Chirimen textiles flourished from the Edo period to the Meiji, Taisho, and early Showa periods.

建於江戸時代末期 1863 年生絲 (ちりめん) 商家，白壁、生絲格子窗以及安裝在土塀上的圓形玻璃街灯，增添了這座建築外観獨特的雰囲 This building was rebuilt in 1863 as a raw chirimen silk merchant’s house at the end of the Edo period. With its white walls, chirimen latticework, and round glass street lamps casually installed on top of the earthen walls, the building exudes a unique atmosphere
融合了関西北部大型農家、生絲 (ちりめん) 商家以及昭和初期洋風住宅建築風格。這種日式與西式建築風格結合的特色備受讚譽 The original Japanese-style structure was expanded with a western-style house in the Showa period.
