- 国指定重要文化財 Nationally Designated Important Cultural Property
- 此建築物是於 1926 年作為札幌控訴院(後來的札幌高等裁判所)建造而成的，其主要特色為軟石建造、是日本全國珍貴的建築物之一 Originally constructed to house the Sapporo Court of Appeals in 1926 and later home to the Sapporo High Court, this soft stone structure is an important national asset.
- 進入玄關前有一座蒙著眼的女神頭像，以及在其左右以劍支撐的天秤雕刻。並且在後方的牆壁上刻有兩面鏡子。女神代表法律、天秤代表公平、劍代表正義、鏡子代表真實。整個的雕刻作品，意味著法律的權威及公平原則 The terrace features a statue of the head of a blindfolded goddess with scales supported on both sides by swords while the rear wall features carvings of two mirrors. The goddess symbolizes law, the scales impartiality, the swords justice and the mirrors truth. The entire sculpture represents the fundamental principles of authority and impartiality of law.
- 此座歷史悠久的建築物於 1973 年作為「札幌市資料館」重新開張，最初是展示 1972 年札幌冬季奧運的相關資料。現在主要是以還原控訴院時代的舊法庭模樣對外開放，同時還設有介紹札幌歷史的展示室、札幌國際藝術祭(SIAF)相關資訊宣傳場地以及札幌出身的漫畫畫家大場比呂司氏的紀念室等 This historical building was reborn as Shiryokan, the Former Sapporo Court of Appeals in 1973. At first, the Court exhibited documents and other items related to the 1972 Sapporo Winter Olympics. Currently, it features a restored court from the building’s Court of Appeals era and exhibition rooms introducing the history of Sapporo. It also houses an information space for the Sapporo International Art Festival (SIAF) as well as rooms to commemorate the painter and manga artist Hiroshi Ohba, who hails from Sapporo.

- 大場比呂司紀念室 H. Ohba Memorial Room
- 展示札幌出身的漫畫畫家大場比呂司氏 (1921 年 – 1988 年) 的作品，他溫馨的畫風讓許多觀賞者深受吸引 Displays works of the painter and manga artist, Hiroshi Ohba (1921 – 1988), who hails from Sapporo. His heartwarming style has drawn many fans.
- SIAF 休息室 Lounge
- 為在 2014 年所舉辦的札幌國際藝術祭 (SIAF) 的下次盛會所預備的區域，能閱覽 SIAF2014 相關資料與書籍等 A space geared towards the hosting of the next Sapporo International Art Festival (SIAF), which was last held in 2014. Here visitors may enjoy looking through books and information materials relating to SIAF.
- 札幌的歷史展示室 Sapporo History Exhibition
- 展示札幌城市的歷史、文化與自然等相關資料 Collection of materials introducing Sapporo’s history, culture, nature and more.
- 刑事法庭展示室 Criminal Court Exhibition
- 根據控訴院時代的設計圖、還原舊法庭的桌椅擺設、重現刑事法庭的原貌，這裡定期會召開模擬裁判 Reenacts the original criminal court with restored chairs, tables and other items based on diagram from the building’s Court of Appeals era. Mock trial sessions conducted periodically.
- 小型畫廊 Mini Gallery
- 出租畫廊。提供市民發表美術作品的場所 Galleries for rent. Utilized by citizens and others to present artworks, etc.
- 大通交流展望室 Odori Exchange Gallery
- 由控訴院時代的接待室開放而成的展望室，在此可眺望大通公園，欣賞美景 Originally a reception room from the Court of Appeals era, currently an observation gallery with a lovely view of Odori Park below.
- SIAF 企劃活動室 Project Room
- 作為舉辦 SIAF 相關企劃活動等的使用場地 Space used for SIAF-related workshops and events.
