- 被 CNN 選為「日本最美場所 31 選」的絕佳景觀，123 座鳥居由斷崖絕壁處一路延伸至日本海，朱紅鳥居與下方蔚藍大海形成強烈對比 Motonosumi Shrine was selected by CNN Travel as one of the「31 Most Beautiful Places in Japan. A tunnel of 123 torii gates wind down the bluff face towards the Sea of Japan.」The shrine’s remarkable location makes for a striking contrast between the red of its gates and the cobalt blue of the waves below.
- 2016 年由 TripAdvisor 發表的「值得一去的神社佛寺排行 Top 30」中，元乃隅神社入選為第 11 名 In 2016, TripAdvisor released a list of its user’s “Top 30 Shrines & Temples I’m Glad to Have Visited.” Motonosumi Inari shrine appeared at number 11 on this list of shrines and temples from around Japan.
賽錢箱 Offertory Box (Money Box)
- 在神社高台上鳥居的上方設置有賽錢箱，距離地面 6 m 高，傳說只要成功將香油錢投入其中，願望便可實現 An offertory box is positioned at the top of the tallest torii gate, and it is said that the wishes of those who can successfully toss their coin up into the box will be granted.
龍宮之潮吹 Ryugu no Shiofuki
- 冬季時還有一個特色絕景，便是位於神社旁的「龍宮之潮吹」。每當大浪打進岩壁的縫隙之中，就會產生龍嘯般的聲響，吹起北風時的浪花甚至能到 30 m 高，遠眺時彷彿就像一條龍在空中飛舞般 Looking down from the shrine to the Sea of Japan side, there is “Ryugu no Shiofuki” where you can see the phenomenon that seawater blows up with the air inside every time a rough wave hits the sea cave under the cliff
