- 據傳 1673 年創業，二層磚 (煉瓦) 造四坡瓦頂形式，南面設有突出的懸山式屋頂窗，砌築方式採用「英式砌法」，屋架結構則為「雙柱桁架」；此外，在構造上亦有諸多看點，例如將連接雙柱頂部的水平構件作為「夾梁」使用等 It is said to have been founded in 1673. It is a two-story brick structure featuring a tiled, hip-roofed design, with a gabled dormer projecting from the southern slope. The brickwork follows the English bond pattern, and the roof structure utilizes a queen-post truss system—notable for its use of a horizontal member connecting the tops of the paired posts, which functions as a sandwich beam—making the building architecturally significant in terms of its construction methods.
