  • 代々飯沼本家の当主居住的「母屋」(建於約 300 年前),如今經過翻新改造,變身為提供酒與「二十四節気料理」的「Kinoene omoya」,在保留原有樑柱與門窗等歷史元素的同時,空間內融入了利用釀酒古材再利用的餐桌,以及由作家親手打造的椅子和燈罩等 “Kinoene Omoya” is a renovation of the approximately 300-year-old main residence – historically inhabited by successive heads of the Iinuma family – into a venue serving sake and cuisine inspired by the twenty-four solar terms. While preserving original features such as the old beams and architectural fittings, the space has been revitalized as a new gathering spot; it incorporates tables crafted from reclaimed timber once used in sake production, alongside chairs and lampshades created by artisans.

甲子 (きのえね) 曲屋 Kinoene Magariya

The term “Magariya” refers to a style of traditional farmhouse common in the Tohoku region, characterized by an L-shaped (or “key-shaped”) layout. A distinctive feature is the *chishi* – a mezzanine level situated above the stable area – which serves as a small source of natural light. Our Magariya was originally a farmhouse from Kawakami Village in Higashikanbara District, Niigata Prefecture – a village that was submerged by the construction of a dam – and was relocated here with its roof re-tiled. Operations began in October 1995 as a customer-facing facility; while we initially sold only sake, we gradually expanded our product lineup to include food items and miscellaneous goods.
