- 昭和初期洋館的典範之作，也是石造住宅中難得一見的珍貴遺存 It is a fine example of a Western-style house from the early Showa period and is also valuable as a rare example of a stone-built residence.
- 2. 和館 Japanese-style Building
- 一棟單層木造建築，南北朝向，為四坡屋頂，南面東端設有一個坡屋頂玄関，構成一個完整的正面 It is a single-story wooden building with a hipped roof oriented north-south, and a hipped-gable entrance is located at the eastern end of the south-facing side, completing the facade.
