• 1919 年的米沢大火中被焼毀，1925 年，一座全新的建築落成，屋頂採用銅板葦和人字形坡屋頂，以柏木建造及設計東京浜離宮花園的同一團隊設計的花園竣工 It was destroyed by fire during the Great Yonezawa Fire of 1919. In 1925, a building with a copper roof, made entirely of cypress wood, and a garden designed by the same team that created the Hamarikyu Gardens in Tokyo were completed.
