- 村長の家裡保留著建築工事の古記録 The village headman’s house where old records of construction work remain
- 少數幾棟從創建到移築・増築，其過程都得到詳細記載的民家。此外，它也是一棟貴重的民家，擁有南佐久地方最先進的平面佈局和構造技法 It is one of the few private houses whose history, from its construction to its relocation and expansion, is known in detail. Furthermore, it is an extremely valuable private house that possesses the most advanced floor plan and structural techniques of the original Minami-Saku region.

- 一座合掌造りの家，其佈局形狀像「田」字型 A Gassho-zukuri house with a layout shaped like the character for “rice field”.
- 沒有資料記載確切建立年時，但其平面形式和構造技法推定為18世紀初頃建築，設計意匠出色，是該地合掌造民家的代表 Although there are no documents indicating the exact year of construction, its floor plan and structural techniques suggest it was built around the beginning of the 18th century. Its design is outstanding, and it is a worthy representative example of the gassho-zukuri style houses of this region.

- 一棟古老的合掌造房屋，相傳是蓮如上人居住的地方 An old gassho-zukuri house where, according to legend, Rennyo Shonin stayed.

- 3. 山下家住宅 Yamashita House
- 民家園唯一、白川郷の合掌造民家 The only gassho-zukuri farmhouse in Shirakawa-go, located within the folk village

- 一個靠沙丁魚圍網捕撈致富漁網擁有者の家 The family of a fishing net owner who prospered from sardine seine fishing
- 主屋推定建於 17 世紀末頃，其財力反映在当時の民家中相当大的規模 It is estimated to have been built around the end of the 17th century, and reflecting their wealth, it was considerably large for a private residence of that time.
- 千葉県上総地方唯一の分 (多) 棟型民家，其作為漁網擁有者的獨特背景，加上其豪壮而高品質的居宅，使其成為民家史上極具價值的範例 It is the only remaining multi-building type farmhouse in the Kazusa region of Chiba Prefecture, and its unique lineage as a fishing boat owner, combined with its magnificent and high-quality dwelling, makes it a valuable asset in the history of farmhouses.

- 一棟有兩個屋頂且內部裝有雨水槽の家 A house with two roofs and rain gutters inside
- 主屋為土壁結構，但土質地面周圍的區域則以板壁圍合，主屋與土質地面交接處形成屋頂的寬闊凹槽，此處設有大型排水溝用於排雨 The main building has earthen walls, but the area around the earthen floor is covered with wooden walls. A large valley forms in the roof where the main building and the earthen floor meet, and a large gutter is installed here to manage rainwater.
- 一棟貴重的遺構，保留了分棟の形式風格，也是茨城県同類建築中最古老的 It is a valuable historical structure that preserves the style of a multi-building house, and it is also the oldest of its kind in Ibaraki Prefecture.
b. 神奈川県指定重要文化財 Kanagawa Prefectural Designated Important Cultural Property

- 傳統的甲州民家，茅草屋頂，泥土地面 A traditional Koshu-style house with a grass roof and earthen floor
D. 神奈川の村 Kanagawa Regional Village
a. 國指定重要文化財 Nationally Designated Important Cultural Property
- 1. 舊〔旧〕北村家住宅 Former Kitamura House

- 一棟古民家，上面刻有可追溯至 1687 年的銘文 An old house with an inscription dating back to 1687
- 東日本第2棟有明確建立年時記載的古老民家，僅次於建於1674年的茨城県出島村の椎名家住宅，此外，該建築由同村及週邊地區的木匠建造，是当地方民家の代表例 This makes it the second oldest private house in eastern Japan with a clearly documented construction date, after the Shiina family residence in Dejima Village, Ibaraki Prefecture, which was built in 1674. Furthermore, the building was constructed by carpenters from the same village and the surrounding area, making it a fitting representative example of a private house in this region.
- 展現了當時先進的建築風格，包括開放式設計、嵌入式壁櫥和書架，以及全面使用障子門，其比例協調的外觀，與 17 世紀末的平均水平相比，它是一棟高評価、上質の民家 The residence exhibits advanced architectural styles for the time, including an open design, built-in closets and shelves, and extensive use of shoji screens. Combined with its well-proportioned exterior, it is highly regarded as a considerably higher-quality private house than the average of the late 17th century.

- 川崎の民家啟發了民家園誕生 The Kawasaki folk house that became the inspiration for the creation of the Folk House Museum
- 沒有確切的建造年代資料，但推定建於 17 世紀末至 18 世紀初之間 Although there are no documents indicating the exact date of construction, it is estimated to have been built between the late 17th and early 18th centuries.
- 採用四坡草葺屋頂，這種風格在県内多摩丘陵地方很常見，展現出古民家特有の閉鎖式外觀 In Kanagawa Prefecture, this type of house, with its hipped and thatched roof, is commonly found in the Tama Hills region and exhibits the enclosed appearance characteristic of old farmhouses.
- 江戶時代中期典型中層農家的珍貴遺構 The house is a valuable example of a typical mid-rise farmhouse from the mid-Edo period.

- 一座至今仍保留著養蠶信仰的寺廟 A temple that preserves the belief in sericulture to this day

E. 東北の村 Tohoku Regional Village

- 1. 舊〔旧〕工藤家住宅 Former Kudo House

- 工藤家の形式被稱為「南部の曲屋」，是一種特異的民家形式，分佈範圍相對有限，僅限於以盛岡為中心的旧南部藩領。這種房屋呈L字型平面，馬厩位於突出的土質地面末端，是日本北国民家常見的室內馬厩の形式 The Kudo family’s style of house, known as “Nanbu Magariya,” is a unique type of farmhouse distributed within a relatively limited area, the former Nanbu domain centered around Morioka. It has an L-shaped floor plan, with a stable placed at the end of a protruding earthen floor, a style of indoor stable found in farmhouses of northern Japan.
- 工藤家住宅是現存最早的曲屋建築之一，其外觀和平面佈局保留了古代風格，使其成為了解曲屋起源和發展的貴重遺構 The Kudo family residence is among the oldest examples of a building originally constructed as a curved-roof house, and it retains ancient styles in its exterior and floor plan, making it an extremely valuable historical site for understanding the origin and development of curved-roof houses.

- 一棟建於明治時代の豪壮民家，當時的木造建築技術已高度成熟 A magnificent private house from the Meiji era, where wooden construction techniques were highly refined
- 2. 沖永良部の高倉 Storehouse on Stilts
- 一座高大建在柱子上茅葺屋頂的倉庫 A tall storehouse with a thatched roof on top of pillars
