- 明治時期，出售用作大名宿舎的部分，住居部則於 1935 年左右由沃里斯 (ヴォーリズ) 設計，改建為洋館，原先転用為倉庫的本陣の門至今仍保存完好 In the Meiji era, the part used as lodging for daimyo was sold off, and the residential part was rebuilt around 1935 as a Western-style building designed by Vories. The gate of the honjin, which was converted into a warehouse, still exists.

B. 成宮家住宅 Narumiya Family Residence – 主屋 Main Building & 土蔵 Storehouse

- 一棟單層木造建築，帶有部分二層，上層牆面抹灰，並設有格子窗，前方的凸窗以木框封閉，泥土地面入口處設有名為「屋箱」的置物櫃，展現彦根町屋の特色 It is a wooden, single-story building with a partial second floor. The upper part is plastered and features latticed windows. The bay window at the front is enclosed with a wooden frame, and a storage closet called a “tobako” is provided at the entrance to the dirt floor area, showcasing the distinctive features of Hikone townhouses.

D. 近江鉄道鳥居本駅舎 Omi Railway Toriimoto Station Building

- 一座貴重的歴史建造物，講述了鳥居本宿場町商家的故事，和往時經營雨衣製造生意 It is a valuable historical building that tells the story of a merchant’s house in the Toriimoto post town and reveals that the family once operated a raincoat manufacturing business.
- 儘管建物經過一些翻修和改建，但整體外觀與創建当時外観基本保持一致，內部佈局也維持良好状態 Although there have been some renovations and alterations, the overall appearance remains largely unchanged from when it was first built, and the interior layout is also well-preserved.

- 現存建物據稱建於 1751 – 1764 年，曾是江戶時代末期和宮公主嫁給天皇以及北国巡行期間的休憩之所，其氣派的建物外観、機能的建物構成，可謂很好地保留了江戶時代店舖的風貌 The existing building is said to have been constructed from 1751 to 1764, and was used as a resting place during Princess Kazunomiya’s marriage to the Emperor at the end of the Edo period and during Emperor Meiji’s tour of the northern provinces. Its imposing exterior and functional building structure can be said to have well preserved the appearance of an Edo-period shop.
