近世村長住宅佈局的典型範例，建造年代明確，是 19 世紀前半此類住宅的重要遺例，主屋則是豪農住宅形式的典範 The Tsuji House is a good example of the layout of a village headman’s residence from the early modern period, and the date of construction is clear. It is an important example of this type of housing from the first half of the 19th century. The main house is a good example of the style of a wealthy farmer’s residence.
