- 江戸時代中期南山城地方庄屋屋敷 (村長住所) の代表 A typical village headman’s residence in the Minamiyamashiro region from the mid-Edo period.
- 主屋是茅葺屋頂，屋簷厚達 1.5 m，支撐的柱子和樑柱粗壯結實，使其看起來莊嚴肅穆。屋敷の周囲環繞著護城河，既可防禦，也能兼顧水利作用。屋脊上的牌匾顯示該房屋建於 1734 年 The main house has a thatched roof with a thickness of 1.5 m at the eaves, and the supporting pillars and beams are sturdy and thick, giving it the dignified appearance. The house is surrounded by a moat, which served both as defense and water supply, and the ridge plaque indicates that it was built in 1734.
