- 大規模、結構複雜的建築群，保留伝統日式様式構成的同時，巧妙地將現代建築技術融入其結構、設計和佈局，展現了近代日本住宅の真髄，主宅採用來自國內外的優質材料建造，包括皇室御料林的柏樹、屋久島的古杉樹以及台灣的櫸樹 The large-scale and complex group of buildings is composed in a traditional Japanese style, while skillfully incorporating modern architectural techniques into its structure, design, and layout, demonstrating the essence of modern Japanese housing. The main building was built using high-quality materials from Japan and abroad, including cypress from the Imperial Forest, ancient cedar from Yakushima, and zelkova from Taiwan.
