- 自江戶時代起便從事酒造業，主屋位於敷地の中央，南辺並排 3 棟建築 – 米蔵 (倉)、漬物小屋、長屋，正門位於南側。此外，住宅北隣の醸造場還保留著 2 棟建築 – 釀酒倉庫和儲藏倉庫 The Arichika family has been in the sake brewing business since the Edo period. The main house is in the center of the site, and three buildings stand side by side on the southern edge: a rice storehouse, a pickle shed and a row house, with the main gate located to the south of the property. In addition, two buildings remain at the brewery to the north of the residence: a brewing storehouse and a storage storehouse.
