- 西明寺本堂和三重塔完好保存了鎌倉時期建築樣式，不使用任何釘子的純日式建築 The Main Hall and Three-story Pagoda of Saimyoji Temple were built in the Kamakura period and remains one of the best examples of architecture from that time. They were in the pure Japanese architectural style and no nails were used in their construction.
