鯛魚飯 Uwajima Sea Bream Rice
- 新鮮的鯛魚生魚片與醬汁和生雞蛋混合，鋪在熱騰騰的米飯上，做成的宇和島風格的獨特蓋飯 Fresh sea bream sashimi is mixed with sauce and raw egg, and the whole is put on hot rice to form a unique Uwajima-style rice bowl dish.
- 丸ずし Maruzushi
- 因無法盛產稻米，使用大豆豆渣取代壽司醋米，加上蜜柑皮、蔥、糖、鹽、醋和白芝麻的混合物，是一道非常健康的當地菜餚，使用醋醃魚 (沙丁魚、銀帶鯡、鯖魚等藍色魚，以及鯛魚、梭魚等白魚)。它們的大小與普通壽司差不多，形狀略呈圓形，易於食用 The shari portion is a mixture of okara from tofu making, mandarin orange peel, green onions, sugar, salt, vinegar, and white sesame seeds. It is a very healthy local dish that uses vinegar-marinated fish (blue fish such as sardines, kisgo, mackerel, and silver-stripe round herring, as well as white fish such as sea bream, barracuda, and kis).
