- 大東壽司是一種握壽司，將鯖魚和鮪魚浸在味醂醬油製成的特製醬汁中，搭配甜醋飯，據說它的來源是移民故鄉八丈島的「島壽司」。Daito-zushi is a type of nigiri-zushi made with mackerel and tuna marinated in a special sauce made with mirin soy sauce, served with sweetened vinegared rice. Its roots are said to be “shima sushi” from Hachijojima, the hometown of pioneer immigrants.
