Although the contents vary slightly depending on the season, region, and household, the rice is mixed with ingredients such as fish dipping vinegar, shiitake mushrooms, simmered dried gourd, thinly sliced omelet, otus root, peas, bamboo shoots, shrimp, Spanish mackerel, grilled conger eel, shellfish and other ingredients.
