- 1. 條形碼門票 Print at Home
- 完成購買流程後，將發送「購買確認通知」至您登記的郵箱地址。請先設定爲可收取「ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com」所發出的購買確認通知模式。每張票都有唯一的二維碼和序列號，將在入口處掃描 A link to reprint your ticket will be emailed to you after purchase. Please add “ticket.e-tix.jp@etix.com” to your Address Book to ensure it gets delivered. Every ticket has unique barcode and serial number and it will be scanned at the entrance gate.
- 2. 自動取票機 Pickup by Will Call Kiosk Machine at the Venue
- 設置地點 Kiosk Machine Location: 東京巨蛋第 22 號門旁 GATE 22 at Tokyo Dome
- 可使用時間 Kiosk Business Hour:
- (1) 夜間比賽 Night game = 12:00 至第六局結束 From 12:00 to the end of sixth inning
- (2) 白天比賽 Day game = 10:00 至第六局結束 From 10:00 to the end of sixth inning
- 取票方式: 輸入「購買確認通知」上的「購買號碼」和「密碼」取票機 Pickup by entering OrderID and Password on the Kiosk Machine.
- 3. 便利店 7-11 取票 Pickup at Outlet (Pickup at Seven Eleven Store in Japan)
- (1) 信用卡 Credit Card
- 從購買時間到比賽當天 48 小時後可取貨 Available to pick up after 48hrs from the purchase time to the day of game.
- (2) Pay at Outlet
- 可在購買日期後兩天提取至晚上 9 點，到期後訂單將無效 Available to pick up until 9 p.m. two days after purchase date. Order will be voided after expiration.
- 4. 取票方式 Procedure
- (1) 購買完成後，將寄出「繳款單」 You will receive “Online Ticket Pick Up Voucher” after purchase.
- (2) 請列印「繳款單」或記下「繳款單號碼」，攜至 7-11 門市 Print the voucher out or note Voucher Number and bring it to Seven Eleven Store.
- (3) 告知門市櫃台想取票並支付取票手續費後，即可取票 Ask cash register for issue ticket(s). After the payment of the Handling Fee your ticket(s) will be issued.
