- 阿武隈洞是歷經約 8,000 萬年的歲月由大自然淬煉而成的美景，全長 600 m 的洞內，有著由洞穴上方岩壁懸垂而下的鐘乳石，與在地面上堆積形狀有如竹筍般的石筍等，沿途皆是有如千變萬化的神秘世界般的景致。滴落的地下水因自身侵蝕作用而成的各種造型的鐘乳石，各自擁有名字，令遊客流連忘返。分成 3 層的洞內，最大的洞穴「瀧根御殿」有水晶幕簾、蜂窩、洞穴石盾、洞穴珊瑚等，能近距離欣賞只有在這裡才看得到的珍貴鐘乳石。另外也有龍宮殿與月世界、樹冰、聖誕樹、石化的樹林等眾多讓造訪的人感動不斷的大自然神秘景致 Abukuma is a naturally formed beauty created over the course of 80 million years. Inside the 600m long cave you’ll find huge stalactites hanging from the ceiling and stalagmites made form bamboo shoot-like deposits on the cave floor. It’s a world with an infinite variety of mysteries. There are names for all the beautiful formations carved by the effects of erosion that the dripping groundwater bring, and these formations captivate visitors. The cave is divided into three levels. In Takine Goten, the largest of the halls, visitors can appreciate the Crystal Curtain, Boxwork, cave shield, cave coral, and other invaluable stalactites only found here, up close. There are other natural mysteries that continue to impress visitors as well, such as Ryugu den, Tsuki no Sekai, Juhyo, Christmas Tree, and petrified wood.

入水鐘乳洞 Irimizu Shonyudo

- 被指定為国の天然記念物的入水鐘乳洞，是一座能體驗到真正的洞穴探險妙趣的鐘乳洞。洞內的氣溫 12 – 13℃，由於洞內環境潮溼，因此也容易滑倒。全長 900 m的狹窄洞內，從入口到最深處分為 A、B、C 共 3 個路線 Irimizu Shonyudo, which has been designated as a National Natural Treasure, is a limestone cave where visitors can experience a real taste for full-on spelunking. Cave temperature is 12°C – 13°C, and the cave is wet and slippery. The narrow cave runs a total of 900m from beginning to end and is divided into A, B, and C courses.
- A 路線有照明設備，穿著一般服裝即可入內 Course A is lit and you can enter wearing normal clothes.
- B 路線與 C 路線請備妥備用衣物，以便淋濕時可以換穿使用 For Courses B and C, you should bring a change of clothing that you don’t mind getting wet.
- B 路線起的深處大多沒有經過人工整理，水溫 10℃ 的冰冷水會沒至參觀者的膝蓋，需要依靠手電筒或蠟燭的燈光，穿過鐘乳洞的縫隙，或是手腳並用的前進 Little work has been done on the cave from Course B and beyond. Visitors will be in cold (10°C) water up to their knees as they make their way by ducking and crawling through the gaps in the cave by flashlight or candlelight.
- C 路線如無嚮導帶領則無法入內 You will need a guide to enter Course C.
