- 「東北 (TOHOKU) EMOTION 號」列車自 2013 年 10 月 19 日開始行駛，是提供享受列車之樂，並以乘坐列車為目的全新旅遊模式。此列車集設計、美食、藝術、景色等各種魅力之大成，尤其是「美食」方面，以在眼前烹調的開放式廚房為首，將整個列車設計為餐廳空間的「東北餐廳鐵道」。您可一面眺望三陸的海洋風景，一面享受使用大量東北食材烹製的美饌 Designed with a completely new concept so that the train ride is a pleasure in itself, the TOHOKU EMOTION began operation on October 19, 2013. In addition to a plethora of attractions that include excellent design, art and panoramic views, the TOHOKU EMOTION is particularly known for its cuisine. The features of this “Tohoku Restaurant Railway” include an open kitchen where you can watch your food being prepared while you wait. While gazing at the sea off the Sanriku coast, enjoy the menu crafted from plentiful local Tohoku ingredients.

1 號車 Car no. 1: 包廂個室車廂 Compartments
- 1 號車廂設有 7 間包廂個室席，壁布以「刺子織」(福島) 為主題。Car no. 1 has seven compartment rooms decorated with sashiko ori wall fabric made in the Fukushima tradition.
2 號車 Car no. 2: 實況廚房區車廂 Open Kitchen
- 2 號車廂為實況廚房區，廚房背面以「小巾刺繡」(青森)、櫃台壁面以「南部鐵器」(岩手)及「南部姬毯球」(青森) 為主題 Car no. 2 has an open kitchen space. The back wall is decorated with kogin sashi embroidery in the Aomori tradition, and the counter walls are made of Nambu iron from Iwate and decorative Nambu himemari balls from Aomori.
3 號車: 開放式餐廳車廂 Car No. 3: Dining Area
- 3 號車廂為開放式餐廳區，地板以「小巾刺繡」(青森)、照明以「琥珀」(岩手)、日常用具的潤飾材以「雄勝硯」(宮城) 為主題。Car no. 3 is an open dining area with Aomori kogin sashi embroidery on the floor, Iwate kohaku amber illumination, and Ogatsu inkstone from Miyagi as the finishing material for the fixtures.
